Return Policy / Damage Claims
The retailer incurs all shipping costs.
Delivery is typically within 3 to 8 days of production.
If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Decals and Banners within 48 hours of delivery.
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and the retailer cannot return goods until a written authorization has been received. Goods sent back without one will not be credited against the retailer's account.
Damage claim will not be accepted if damage was caused customer or by improper application of products, goods, decals, while affixing to a surface, or object.
